Got banned for no reason

so yesterday i got banned for nothing because somebody was using a mod menu and was spawning a yacht on me all the time
then i was saying to a staf it was no me and stil getting banned for no reason im already playing so long on this server because i like it
so pls can i get a unban i really did nothing i was not mooding i dont even now how to download a mod menu because im a console gamer
so i hope this is enough so to know i was not modding
