I was driving with my friend away from the cops when the game bugged and flipped the car randomly. I was going to try and use my pistol on the single unit chasing but the officer just ran up and grabbed me while I had a gun out and I was facing him. At least the cop should have waited to grab me when my back was turned. I also had a gun out and the officer just ran up to like nothing was wrong. I think officers should be punished if they grab a civilian with out their hands up. Especially when the civ is facing the officer and holding a pistol. I think it would be beneficial to train officers to cuff people only when their back is turned and their hands are up.
