I think instead of having the UI say "Priority: None" it should either be removed or changed to "Peacetime: Off". This would clear the confusion for people who think there can only be one priority at a time. As for having it say "Peacetime: Off", in the event peacetime would ever need to come on, there would be a spot for it, but I'd rather it be removed and have the UI take up less space.
