Open the Rockford Records To the public

I think it should be open to the public or have it for more people because it is a nice building and if it gets opened to the public you can do studio rp, song making rp etc. and it would be an over all good thing to add for the server and it would make people want to go to the city more for this opportunity for rp and more!

I have made it so the doors from the bar into the back and the lobby into the back are unlocked by default.
